4 Things I Tell Myself to Calm Down

When I need to calm down from freak out mode or stressed out mode, that means I have disconnected with my Higher+Self.


I simply need to:

1. Breathe deeply,

2. Remember Who I am,

3. Where I come from, &

4. Everything IS taken care of NOW, THEN & AT ALL TIMES!!

Why you ask? Because God lies within me, in each one of us! Furthermore, I remember, I AM Provided for in all ways AND for ALL of my DAYS! For this I am very grateful! Grateful for the Universe that supports me Now & at all times! And so it is! Amen! <3


These are my grateful thoughts before bed.
